Billing FAQ

As a service to our patients, we submit all primary and secondary insurance claims. However, patients are ultimately responsible for payment of their healthcare services. Our billing staff is available to assist you with all billing questions. To ensure you receive the greatest benefit from your health insurance carrier, we encourage you to become familiar with your benefits including co-payment, co-insurance, and deductible, as well as referral and pre-certification requirements.

Insurance Providers

At Generations of Women in Redding, CA, we accept most major insurance providers. We encourage patients to understand their coverage by contacting their insurance company for co-pays, share of cost, and out-of-pocket responsibility details. If your provider is not listed, please contact our office. Please note that we do not accept straight medical or pregnancy-only coverage through MediCal. We are dedicated to providing you with excellent care and service, and our team is here to assist with any insurance-related inquiries you may have.

If this is your first visit in over three years or your first time with us, please complete our new patient paperwork or arrive 15 minutes early to fill it out in person. Call us to schedule or check insurance acceptance.

If you are an existing patient and have visited our office within the last three years, when it's time to schedule your next appointment, call our office. Our team is here to facilitate your ongoing medical care.
